Digital Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and digitally savvy Digital Analyst to support the growth of our e-commerce business. In this role you will help optimize online performance. This role focuses on data collection, reporting, dashboard development, performance analysis and operational insights across products and channels. The ideal candidate has excellent analytical skills and the ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Your Impact

• Track and analyze daily, weekly and monthly KPIs including conversion rates, AOV, bounce rates and traffic sources.
• Monitor inventory data, order flow, and return rates. Identify trends and growth opportunities through analysis.
• Coordinate promotional mechanics (samples, GWPs, marketing material).
• Analyze SKU level performance, sell out, stock levels, and replenishment needs. Assist in forecasting demand for new launches.
• Support digital merchandizing decisions using search, filter and category performance analytics.
• Build and maintain dashboards for performance insights.
• Create standardized templates for business reporting. Maintain existing business trackers.
• Coordinate with Customer Service & Logistics team regarding stock and marketing updates.
• Collaborate with technical teams during integrations and to improve data tracking, tagging and governance.
• Monitor and analyze web analytics (user journeys, page tracking, events, and funnels) to deliver actionable insights and performance improvements.

Your Expertise

• 1-3 years experience in data analysis (e-commerce, retail, or luxury preferred).
• Strong analytical skills; advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets + analytics tools.
• Experience with Power BI or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and structured problem-solving.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus).
• Proven ability to organize and complete tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to multitask and be a motivated self starter.
• Desire to learn and grow in the role and beyond.
