Job Description:
The
Digital Analyst & Developer
plays a key role in supporting the Project Controls and Planning teams by
automating data collection, transfer, transformation, and reporting processes
across multiple construction projects. The role focuses on
developing integration scripts
, digital dashboards, and connections between ERP, planning, and cost systems to ensure consistent, data-driven project insights for management and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Integration & Systems Development

Develop and maintain scripts to integrate and synchronize data between ERP, planning, and analytical tools.

Build and optimize database structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Automation & Reporting
-
Automate manual data processes and create digital dashboards for real-time project insights.

Support management and site teams with automated reports and analytics for informed decision-making.
Data Analysis & Support
-
Analyze project data for trends, performance, and risk indicators.

Provide technical support to end users for data-related systems and dashboards.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
-
Work closely with project controls, IT, and planning teams to enhance data workflows.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in
Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
.

Minimum
3 years of experience
in
digitization/digitalization
within the engineering, construction, or project management sectors.
Technical Skills & Competencies:

Understanding of
data modelling
and
database schema design
(star/snowflake).

Ability to
design and maintain data dictionaries
and
structured mapping tables
.

Strong proficiency in
SQL
(queries, joins, stored procedures).

Advanced
Microsoft Excel
skills (Power Query, VBA/macros, pivot models).

Proficiency in
Power BI
(data modelling, DAX, visual design, performance optimization).

Experience with
API development
(REST/JSON/XML) and
data integration with ERP systems
(SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics).

Familiarity with
project planning tools
(Primavera P6, MS Project).

Working knowledge of
Python
for backend automation and data transformation.
