Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Consultant to join the Sales and Service team, with a strong focus on analytics implementation, measurement accuracy, and delivery. This is a hands-on role responsible for building, validating, and maintaining reliable tracking, funnels, and reporting across digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain end-to-end analytics tagging across web and app environments
• Design, validate, and optimise conversion and funnel measurement
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards
• Lead tagging implementation including funnel setup and validation
• Define and manage event schemas, metadata, and tracking specifications
• Work with engineering and product teams on API-based data capture and integrations
• Perform data validation and analysis to ensure accuracy and consistency

Required Skills & Experience

• Advanced tag management expertise (Google Tag Manager)
• Strong understanding of APIs, event schemas, metadata, and data models
• Deep expertise in event-based measurement, funnels, conversions, and attribution
• Hands-on experience with Adjust or similar mobile measurement platforms
• Proven ability to implement analytics through clear documentation, QA processes, and collaboration with technical teams
• Excellent numerical skills with exceptional attention to detail

Additional / Preferred Expertise

• SEO and technical measurement (e.g. Search Console, crawl and performance data)
• Experience with LLM / AI-related tagging or experimentation
• Exposure to analytics platforms beyond Google's ecosystem
• Ability to contribute additional technical or measurement expertise to the team
