Role Name: Digital Branding Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
- Design, produce, and publish weekly reels and posts.
- Develop narrative-driven series (e.g., Why This Story?) to engage audiences.
- Monitor trends and incorporate them into brand storytelling strategies.
YouTube Content Production
- Produce and edit long-form YouTube videos (founder stories, interviews, animated explainers).
- Create new YouTube Shorts as well from existing long-form content.
- Coordinate and/or conduct recorded interviews with historians and subject experts.
- Design engaging titles, thumbnails, and ensure upload-ready formatting.
Founder Voice & Storytelling
- Work closely with the founders to turn concepts, ideas, and behind-thescenes moments into polished, engaging content.
- Capture and edit behind-the-scenes footage of creative processes.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Plan, execute, and manage targeted Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other advertising campaigns.
- Track and analyze performance via Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.
- Optimize ad targeting, budgets, and creatives for maximum ROI.
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic reach.
- Manage Social Media Marketing (SMM) initiatives for community growth.
Website & Landing Page Optimization
- Manage and update WordPress websites for brand consistency and performance.
- Optimize landing pages for improved conversions and user experience.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to improve site navigation, speed, and SEO readiness.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
