What will you be doing?


We love agile, so every day is different, but you can expect to:


Project Delivery, Development, Support, and Maintenance


  • Gather and identify detailed business requirements from various stakeholders and convert them into business analysis outputs to meet business needs. Such as Technical Analysis, Business/Technical Requirements Definition, Functional/Non-Functional Specifications, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Acceptance Test plans,
  • Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage conflicting requests and ensure continuous alignment on priorities,
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and developers in the definition of technical solutions,
  • Perform and document functional tests, UAT, and regression testing to ensure bug-free software,
  • Manage the product backlog across multiple agile teams for sprint and release planning,
  • As part of the agile team, contributing towards effort estimations,
  • As part of the agile team, being responsible as a single point of contact for supporting the team as a support engineer.


Product Strategy and Management


  • Take the lead on running workshops, gathering requirements to help solve some of the most exciting problems for our clients,
  • Liaise with product owners and industry leaders to drive the product definition,
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within your area of influence,
  • Research the latest digital trends, best practices, and technologies,
  • Support cross-functional projects focused on high-priority strategic initiatives and accelerated growth,
  • Ability to develop good working relationships, with a commitment to professional and client service excellence.


Customer Experience Strategy and Service Design


  • Ability to execute visual, information, interaction, and service design elements that meet business and customer needs through the entire experience lifecycle,
  • Ability to create personas and document customer journeys/business flows,
  • Ability to create user story mapping, translate UX designs into requirements and user stories.


What we are looking for


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related fields),
  • 4-5 years of experience in a commercial, business analyst, or system analyst roles,
  • E-Commerce, Marketing, Sales, After-Sales, and/or Core system implementation experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g.,SQL, Jira, Confluence),
  • Experience with requirements elicitation techniques (Interviews, questionnaires, user observation, workshops, role-playing, prototypes),
  • Experience imagining, designing, and collaborating on implementing market-leading products across one or more technologies and business sectors,
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills,
  • Experience with design thinking methodologies.
