Digital Business Development Manager

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer who specializes in lead generation to drive growth across our business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & execute digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email, influencer partnerships) to generate high-quality leads for all Vairt verticals.
  • Build and optimize lead funnels specific to each business line (real estate buyers, Airbnb guests, senior citizens’ families, investors, etc.).
  • Conduct market segmentation & audience targeting to ensure relevant, qualified leads.
  • Drive paid media campaigns with a focus on CPL (Cost per Lead) and ROI.
  • Leverage SEO, SEM, and content marketing to improve organic lead acquisition.
  • Track, analyze, and report lead performance metrics across campaigns.
  • Collaborate with business heads to align lead quality with conversion potential.
  • Run A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and CTAs to maximize performance.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring lead generation targets are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and competitor strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 04 years of proven experience.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing with specialization in lead generation.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing tools.
  • Experience in real estate, hospitality, finance, or community-driven projects (preferred).
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Self-motivated, performance-driven, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis.

Compensation Structure

  • Salary & commission are 100% target-based, directly tied to number and quality of leads generated.
  • Compensation will vary per business vertical (e.g., per qualified property lead, per investor lead, per rental booking, etc.).
  • If no leads are generated, no salary/commission will be paid.
