Job description: Digital Campaigns Manager – Global Marketing Centre, Bangalore
Scope of Position:
Design and delivery of ROI and performance-driven B2B Account-based marketing campaigns leveraging digital tools and channels. Campaign execution stages include - planning, launching, optimizing, measuring, and reporting of the campaign performance to business stakeholders and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign/Account Based Marketing
  • Assist Customer Marketing managers in the development of robust journey maps and persona research for key customer targets
  • Identify the most effective customer touchpoints to achieve business objectives and develop account-based marketing campaign plans
  • Digital media planning (LinkedIn, YouTube, SEM, Programmatic ads)
  • Enhance account experience and personalization using ABM tools on campaigns and website
  • Campaign management and email marketing on automation tools like Pardot
  • SEO and content optimisation
  • Execute, measure, optimise, iterate
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns & report on results
  • Collect and use data to inform new campaigns and continuous performance improvement
Lead Generation & Attribution of success
  • Effective measurement of B2B campaign success by tracking leads through Pardot and Salesforce.com
  • Track lead progress all the way through to revenue, often managing long sales cycles to provide valuable insight on campaign performance
Leadership
  • Coach Vertical Marketing leads in effective digital communication and lead generation campaigns
  • Advocate and thought leader in digital marketing space
Key Accountabilities:
  • Leads generated / Win rate / Value – all tracked in CRM
  • Marketing ROI – across every initiative and annual performance
Organizational networking
  • Collaborate with global teams across global time zones. Some flexibility will be required regarding office working hours to facilitate communication with US colleagues

Qualifications & Requirements
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills, persuasive, and able to build strong working relationships (local and international).
  • Must be highly experienced digital operator, proven experience managing digital lead generation campaigns for well-known B2B brands
  • Years of experience required: 7+
  • Solid experience of Marketing Automation and CRM tools like Pardot and Salesforce marketing solutions
  • Marketing or business-related tertiary qualification
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills. Able to translate insight into new ideas and strategies and recommend changes as he/she deems fit for growth.
