Practicon – Digital Commerce Specialist

With a mission to Make Dentistry Better, Practicon serves dental professionals with innovative supplies throughout North America by catalog and website, and through dealers worldwide.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Digital Commerce Specialist is responsible for the ongoing development of Practicon's ecommerce marketing channel including its websites, email marketing, search engine optimization, PPC, and social media involvement.

Core Accountabilities:

· Day to day management of all content and technical issues associated with the company's websites

· Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service to continuously improve online marketing campaigns, customer experience and Practicon brand consistency

· Manage all email campaigns including email content and mail lists

· Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve both paid and organic search results

· Develop and implement strategies to drive online traffic and improve sales conversion

· Provide management with metrics, reports, analysis, and recommendations for improvements within ecommerce marketing channels

· Manage relationships and monitor performance of ecommerce vendors

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Demonstrated ecommerce experience within a multi-channel direct marketing business

· Leadership drive and ability to work in a team environment

· Proven ability to produce effective online customer acquisition and sales strategies

· Detail oriented, well organized, analytical planner able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment

· Self-motivated and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously

· Ability to respond effectively and appropriately to feedback

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Education/Experience requirements

This is an on-site position as daily communication with our teams is a critical part of this job.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.

Preferred 5+ years’ experience in a related ecommerce position or equivalent education.
