  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital brand communication and social media management
  • Experience in managing digital brand awareness campaigns
  • Ability to manage content for multiple social media channels. Tiktok experience is a must.
  • A forward thinking mindset and hands-on experience in using AI tools for creative content development are highly valued
  • Analytical mindset for analyzing data
  • Proactive and creative thinker
  • Good at peer to peer communication
  • Customer focused
  • Experience in banking industry is a plus
  • High proficiency in English

THIS IS YOUR ONE DAY AT WORK. HOW DOES IT SOUND?

Working with advertising and social media agencies for creative content production processes

Defining the digital communications and social media strategies in line with main brand strategies

Managing Aktif Bank’s and its digital bank N Kolay’s social media channels

Creating collaborative and synergistic projects with brands within the Aktif Bank ecosystem

Leading and coordinating innovative digital brand marketing initiatives for our Passo brand in collaboration with the business unit team

Creating both always on and ATL campaign related digital projects

Analyzing digital assets of the competitors, defining best practices. Reporting the analyses to the brand communication team.

Working closely with the performance marketing team and delivering the necessary assets

Working in cooperation with the social media monitoring team, supervising the brand’s tone of voice in monitoring responses

Ensuring all contents are following customer experience principles

Following digital, AI and social media trends both locally and global scale and keeping the brand communication team up to date on latest trends
