Purpose of the Role

This role goes beyond enhancing brand awareness; it focuses on strengthening customer experience through data-driven, customer-centric communication strategies in collaboration with business units and agencies.
Responsibilities

Develop effective and creative communication materials for products and services based on customer insights.

Design communication strategies not only to build brand awareness but also to drive customer acquisition and loyalty.

Collaborate with creative agencies, product teams, performance marketing, and other business units to design, prepare, and execute campaigns.

Select the right communication assets for each channel and ensure timely and accurate execution.

Analyze campaign performance to ensure measurable results and continuous improvement.

Implement customer-oriented brand messages in employee engagement, corporate communication, and sustainability projects.

Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative, fast-paced, and results-driven culture.
Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related fields.

6–8 years of experience in brand communications, corporate communications, or digital marketing (preferably in insurance, finance, telecom, or FMCG industries).

Proven experience in agency collaboration, creative content production, and project management.

Demonstrated leadership in team management.
