Digital Content & Branding Coordinator (Part-Time)

Shape how Prowa looks and sounds across LinkedIn, our website, and every deck or report that leaves the building. You will plan, create, and keep everything on brand while moving fast and staying tidy.

The Role

Own day-to-day content and brand execution. You will manage LinkedIn, maintain the website, and be responsible for our internal brand and design across reports and presentations, not only creating templates and layouts but also formatting raw data and reports into clear, professional outputs. You will align priorities with the HR Business Partner and deliver on-brand work with minimal back-and-forth.

What you will do

• Plan, write, and publish LinkedIn posts, engage appropriately, and track outcomes.
• Keep the company website current by updating pages and news items, running quality checks before publishing.
• Format reports and presentations from raw inputs into clean, professional documents, and maintain consistent templates and an organized asset library.
• Maintain a brand voice guide and ensure it is applied across channels.
• Attend key events or meetings to gather content when necessary.
• Provide a monthly report covering basic engagement metrics, insights, and content suggestions.

What you bring

Must-have

• A portfolio that shows strong writing, visual judgment, and consistent execution across web, LinkedIn, and presentations.
• Proficiency with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud, and comfort updating website content in a CMS.
• Based in Dubai with the ability for occasional in-person work when required.
• Organized, detail-driven, responsive, and able to manage multiple small tasks in parallel.

Nice-to-have

• Basic video editing and simple photography for events.
• Practical familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT to accelerate drafts and design iterations with human review and confidentiality.

Location

Dubai, UAE. The role is 90 to 95 percent remote, with only occasional office visits required.

Hours and compensation

Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week. Compensation around AED 5,000 per month.
