Digital Content Designer

We’re looking for a creative and fast-paced Digital Content Designer to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media and knows how to turn ideas into scroll-stopping, performance-driven content, especially in the fintech space.

You’ll be responsible for creating engaging, social-first content that captures attention in the first seconds and turns complex concepts into simple, compelling stories.

What You’ll Do

• Create and produce short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Design social media visuals, carousels, and motion-based content.
• Transform fintech features and ideas into clear, engaging, and relatable content.
• Apply strong storytelling techniques, including hooks, pacing, captions, and visual flow.
• Leverage AI tools for ideation, content creation, and scaling production.
• Stay up to date with trends and proactively turn insights into relevant, high-performing content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand and campaign objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in creating social-first, short-form content.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts trends and formats.
• Proficiency in tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Figma, and Adobe Suite.
• Experience using AI creative tools to enhance content production.
• Strong visual storytelling, editing, and design skills.
• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Obsessed with capturing attention within the first few seconds of content.
