Glo Skin Beauty is seeking an Los Angeles based motivated, detail-oriented Ecommerce + TikTok Shop Coordinator to support the daily operations of our digital commerce ecosystem, including Shopify, TikTok Shop, and web merchandising initiatives.
This is an ideal role for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to build a career in ecommerce and digital retail. The Coordinator will play a hands-on role in maintaining site accuracy, supporting promotional execution, managing TikTok Shop operations, and assisting with web help tickets and platform optimizations.
This role works closely with the Director of Ecommerce and cross-functional partners across marketing, creative, operations, and customer service to ensure a seamless and elevated customer experience across DTC and B2B platforms.
Assist with day-to-day management of the Shopify storefront (DTC, B2B, and Canada as applicable)
Support subscription setup and product tagging as needed
Support the day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop
Track basic performance metrics and support reporting
Assist with homepage updates and merchandising changes tied to campaigns
Coordinate with creative to upload assets and ensure correct formatting
Maintain organized documentation of site updates, promo codes, and merchandising calendars
Stay current on ecommerce and TikTok commerce trends
Conduct routine audits of Amazon product detail pages (titles, bullets, images, A+ content, backend keywords)
Assist with product listings, content uploads, ASIN setup
0–2 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, retail, or related internships
Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer retail is a plus but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Ecommerce, Business, Communications, or related field (required or strongly preferred)
Relevant internships in digital, retail, or social commerce highly valued
Strong attention to detail
Ability to QA digital experiences carefully and thoroughly
Shopify (product setup, collections, tagging, basic theme edits)
Understanding of social commerce and TikTok ecosystem
Shopify site remains accurate, clean, and well merchandised
Cross-functional teams view this role as a reliable operational partner
This role offers direct mentorship under the Director of Ecommerce and exposure to full-funnel ecommerce operations including:
UX optimization
Performance reporting and analysis
