Digital Creative Executive

Responsibilities

  • Deliver valuable, insightful, and relevant creative copies and captions for digital and social content.
  • Write compelling, purposeful, engagement campaigns & always-on content.
  • Develop, refine, edit, and proofread content for varied formats.
  • Creation of multi-format assets especially video content including short form reels, with relevance and innovation keeping in mind the latest digital / social trends.
  • Assess long-term content / Creative strategies and recommend ways to integrate and streamline copy across multiple touchpoints for brands.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to design and motion teams, ensuring aesthetic alignment with brand identity and campaign goals.
  • Running communication scans across platforms for different brand’s competitors and generating meaningful reports for campaign decks/ pitch presentations.
  • Creating, conducting and recording & presenting online and onsite surveys/ for insight building research and creating impactful creative solutions.
  • Edit, revise and proofread all internal and external content tone/style/length/subject to drive engagement whenever required.
  • Collaborate with social media and digital teams to drive content idea generation that drives engagement and builds brand awareness.
  • Develop from start to finish, client-facing presentation decks and pitch decks (with supervision from senior team) that articulate creative strategy, concepts, and rationale with clarity and impact.
  • Participate in campaign pitches and internal reviews to elevate the creative solutions (pitches or campaigns) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay current with emerging content trends across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more.
  • Push boundaries by experimenting with storytelling formats and creative approaches in a fast-evolving content landscape.
  • Meeting with account management and strategy teams to discuss the client’s requirements and core messages, familiarizing yourself with the product, target audience and competitor activities in the market.
  • Brainstorming ideas and concepts for the visual and words with other members of the creative team.
  • Presenting initial ideas to the Creative Group Head/Creative Manager, some of which may be rejected or developed into workable concepts/copies.
  • Writing various copy options, which may be presented to the client as a story board
  • Modifying copy until the client is agreed and approved the work.
  • Undertaking the copy/ written content work within the agency in any form like social media posts, articles, website blog, website content, film/video content or translation of Urdu content into English whenever it is required.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Minimum experience of 1-2 years in advertising industry.
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables across all creative projects, maintaining quality, consistency, and alignment with client goals.
  • Coordinate across departments (Strategy, Client Services, Production, PR ) to deliver unified creative outputs.
