Power Platform Developer (Primary: Power Platform & Dynamics CRM — Secondary: Power BI) Role Overview Seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform components such as Power Pages (PowerApps portals), Power Automate (flows), and Power Apps. Power BI experience is desirable as a secondary skill for analytics and reporting needs. The role focuses on designing, developing, configuring, and supporting end-to-end solutions on the Microsoft business application stack, ensuring best practices for security, performance, and maintainability. Key Responsibilities Design, build, customize, and support solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate). Create responsive model-driven and canvas apps and configure Power Pages (portals) for external and internal stakeholders. Develop, test, and maintain Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrations with internal/external systems. Implement Dataverse models: entities, relationships, business rules, calculated fields, and security roles. Build and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards to enable actionable insights from CRM and Dataverse data (secondary responsibility). Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance of Power Platform solutions; handle incident triage and resolution. Implement ALM and DevOps best practices for solution lifecycle: solution packaging, environments, pipelines, and deployment automation.
