Digital Design Specialist

We are seeking a Web, Graphic & Brand Designer with proven experience designing and building websites using website builders. This role is for an experienced professional who can independently handle website design, graphic design, branding, and content creation. Applicants who have not designed websites should not apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and manage websites using website builders such as Squarespace, Zoho Sites, and similar platforms
  
• Lead website design projects from concept through launch
  
• Create high-quality graphic design assets using Adobe Photoshop and related tools
  
• Develop complete branding packages, including logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines
  
• Generate and refine website and marketing content as needed
  
• Ensure strong UX/UI design, visual consistency, and brand alignment
  
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines using CRM and project management tools
  
• Maintain organized files, documentation, and workflows
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders and adapt to evolving project requirements
  
• Work flexible hours when needed to meet deadlines
  
  
  
  

Requirements

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Senior-level experience in web and graphic design
  
• Demonstrated experience designing and building websites using website builders (Squarespace, Zoho Sites, or similar)
  
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other design tools (Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent)
  
• Proven experience creating branding and visual identity systems
  
• Strong design sense with attention to detail and aesthetics
  
• Experience using CRM and project management platforms
  
• Highly organized, self-directed, and deadline-driven
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently
  

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must submit a portfolio or work samples, including:

• Examples of live or completed websites they personally designed and built
  
• Graphic design and branding examples (logos, brand systems, digital assets)
  

*Applicants without website design experience or without a portfolio will not be considered.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience with basic SEO and website optimization
  
• Familiarity with digital marketing assets and social media design
