Digital Designer

IDR is seeking a talented Digital Designer to join one of our top clients in New York, NY. This is a dynamic opportunity to contribute to a leading global investment firm by delivering high-impact digital experiences across web, mobile, email, and social media platforms.

Position Overview / Responsibilities

• Create and deliver design solutions across web, mobile, email, and social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and accessibility standards

• Design intuitive user interfaces for websites, investor portals, and dashboards, applying UX best practices to improve user experience

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback

• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and technology teams to produce assets for integrated campaigns, including display ads and social graphics

• Use tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch to produce high-quality, production-ready assets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and the ability to translate brand guidelines into effective digital solutions

• Experience in UI/UX design with a solid understanding of user-centered design principles

• Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools to effectively communicate design ideas

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments

• Creative thinking and adaptability to stay current with evolving design trends and digital technologies
