About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital & E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the hotel’s online presence, optimizing direct booking performance, and ensuring seamless digital integration across platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of hospitality e-commerce, CRM management, and digital marketing strategies that align with revenue objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and configure the hotel’s CRM system, ensuring automation, segmentation, and guest journey flows are optimized.
  • Oversee hotel website creation, configuration, and content management to maintain accuracy, brand compliance, and SEO optimization.
  • Manage the hotel booking engine setup, updates, and integration with PMS/CRS/Channel Manager.
  • Ensure smooth integration between digital platforms and revenue systems, working closely with the Revenue team.
  • Maintain OTA and third-party extranet content, ensuring parity and consistency across all distribution channels.
  • Monitor and analyze website analytics, digital campaigns, and booking performance to drive conversion and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to execute email marketing (EDM) strategies, upselling campaigns, and loyalty initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, paid ads, and meta-search integrations.
  • Ensure all content and campaigns comply with data protection and privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
  • Conduct regular competitor benchmarking and provide recommendations to enhance digital presence and revenue performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hotel digital marketing or e-commerce (hospitality industry background preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, booking engines, PMS/CRS integrations, and channel managers.
  • Proficient in website management systems (CMS) and SEO best practices.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, and digital tracking tools.
  • Understanding of OTA extranets, rate parity, and distribution strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing automation tools and campaign reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, able to coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
