Digital Finance & Fintech Acquisition & Partnerships Manager
Job Purpose:
To assist the Digital Finance & Fintech Head on achieving department strategy and goals.
To continually develop and evolve the customer propositions that the business offers to their customers to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and commercial success.
Job Description:
Assist the Digital Finance & Fintech Head on achieving department strategy and goals.
Manage, train and develop the proposition team and follow up on team activities, skill set progress and their WLB
Lead by model example, train new staff and ensure smooth knowledge transfer between team members
Develop and manage programs and marketing plans focusing on supporting existing base and retention KPI's in a segmented approach; aiming at increasing the market share and revenues across all digital applications base.
Engage with a wide variety of primary functional leads (including Channels and Solution Manager, Acquisition Lead & Project Managers) to oversee the successful build, commercialization & Go to Market of a next gen Third Party Risk solution (including reviewing of multiple workstream statuses, risk identification & mitigation, issue management & overall oversight of status)
Lead the development of the overall positioning of new propositions for customer facing and internal communication
Set proposition strategy and yearly targets, set the KPIs and the evaluations matrix for the channel performance
Align and set promotion activities and yearly calendar for payment services and secure the needed budget along with related discussions, challenges and approvals
Touch base with our customers with all communication channels to ensure customers’ awareness with all Digital and Fintech related features/use cases
Working effectively and collaboratively with relevant members across the business to ensure all key stakeholders support the development of the propositions
Develop compelling business propositions and Go-To-Market plans and execute through strong collaborative relationships across matrixed functions, including Product, Marketing, Legal, GTM and external partners
Provide input to the creation and development of comprehensive business cases based on growth opportunities and ensuring alignment with overall strategic direction
Provide input and support plans for market engagement through solution/product development, marketing, industry thought leadership and partnership activities
Monitor all aspects of key competitors, analyzing their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and develop strategies to achieve competitive advantage
Engaging with Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Product and Technology to define and implement the commercial propositions required to win in the industry vertical, to gain insights, and to identify merchant needs and solutions.
Working with cross-functional teams to get buy-in/approval/guidance, including lines of business, operations, finance, legal, compliance, security, fraud, and related functions.
Provide transparency and ongoing communications with a line of business partners/key stakeholders
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a similar field
Minimum 7 years of experience in proposition and channels or digital areas
Fluent in Arabic and English languages (written & spoken)
Excellent use in Microsoft Office
Strategically and to innovatively shape and communicate new concepts as defined by group
Strong understanding of company and business objectives and how the role contributes to delivering these goals
Understand the business strategy and collaborate with the business to accomplish this strategy
Excellent communication and presentation skills whether formally or informally
Strong motivator to staff, team player, capable of handling many competing and complex demands
Strong strategic planning, problem solving, lateral thinking, negotiations, team building, organizational a managerial skill
Have a strong commercial finance business partnering experience, having previously lead commercial teams and having supported business teams in driving success
