About

We are looking for a highly driven Digital Growth & Strategy Manager to lead and scale our eCommerce presence in the USA and Canada. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute hands-on initiatives that deliver measurable business growth.

You will oversee SEO, UI/UX, design, and content teams, ensuring strategies are aligned with conversions, pricing optimisation, and performance-driven results. Additionally, you will play a key role in strengthening our Pakistan operations by supporting team restructuring, hiring, and performance alignment for current and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Growth & Strategy

  • Gain deep understanding of the company’s product range and market relevance in the USA and Canada.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies connecting marketing, product positioning, pricing, and revenue growth.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Lead SEO, UI/UX, and content teams with a conversion-driven focus.
  • Recommend pricing and promotional strategies based on data insights and seasonal trends.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports focused on revenue, ROI, and growth.
  • Collaborate with management and international teams to align marketing direction with business goals.
  • Take full ownership of growth outcomes with a business-first mindset.

Team Leadership & Restructuring (Pakistan Operations)

  • Lead on-boarding, evaluation, and alignment of team members transitioning from Talent Surge Management.
  • Identify performance gaps and define clear KPIs tied directly to business outcomes.
  • Participate in hiring for SEO, UI/UX, and other critical digital roles.
  • Define team responsibilities, reporting structures, and performance expectations.
  • Ensure all team efforts contribute directly to revenue, conversions, and business goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and high performance across all Pakistan-based projects.

Growth & Performance Mindset

  • Understand how digital performance drives sales and profit growth.
  • Lead multiple functions confidently, aligning them toward measurable outcomes.
  • Use analytics, data insights, and testing to shape pricing, campaigns, and website strategies.
  • Stay updated on eCommerce and B2B trends in North America.
  • Focus on results, ensuring every initiative contributes to scalability and revenue.

Technical Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency in GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and similar digital tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, CRO, and analytics fundamentals.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as Magento, WordPress, or similar systems.
  • Ability to interpret data and convert insights into strategic actions.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance measurement tools.

  • Build and manage data-driven strategies supporting long-term growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth management, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing eCommerce or B2B projects for USA/Canada markets.
  • Strong analytical, strategic, and team leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
