About the Role:

Kare Partners is seeking a strategic SEO Content Creator who understands how great content drives measurable growth. This role will lead the creation and promotion of high-impact digital content for multiple healthcare brands including compleatKiDZ, Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy, and our upcoming pediatric wellness platform kidzhealth.

We are looking for someone who can create search-optimized, answer-focused, and locally relevant content designed to rank across modern search environments including Google Search, AI-driven answer engines, and local discovery platforms.

This role blends content strategy, SEO expertise, and social amplification to increase organic visibility, authority, and patient engagement.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating independently, managing SEO initiatives, and reporting performance to marketing leadership while taking ownership of organic growth outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Content Strategy & Creation

Create high-quality, authoritative content for blogs, service pages, location pages, and resource centers
Write SEO-optimized content designed for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)
Develop topic clusters that strengthen content density and authority in pediatric therapy, autism services, rehabilitation, and family health
Translate complex healthcare and therapy topics into clear, helpful content for families and patients.

SEO Strategy & Optimization

Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis using SEMrush
Identify opportunities to improve organic rankings, answer engine visibility, and topical authority
Optimize content for:
Featured snippets
AI-generated answers
Local search results
Semantic search relevance
Implement on-page SEO best practices including structured headings, internal linking, metadata optimization, and FAQ content

WordPress Publishing

Publish and format content directly within WordPress
Structure content for readability, SEO performance, and engagement
Collaborate with the web team to ensure content aligns with site architecture and SEO strategy

Content Distribution & Social Growth

Promote newly created content across social media platforms to increase reach and engagement
Repurpose long-form content into short-form social posts, educational graphics, and videos
Support growth of Kare Partners’ social channels through strategic content promotion

Reporting, Ownership & Growth Initiatives

Take ownership of organic growth initiatives and performance KPIs
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility using SEMrush and analytics tools
Provide regular reporting and insights to marketing leadership
Identify new opportunities to expand content coverage, topic authority, and organic reach
Continuously refine content strategy based on performance data and search trends.

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience creating SEO-driven content that ranks and generates organic traffic
Strong understanding of modern search behavior including SEO, AEO, and AI-driven search environments
Advanced knowledge of SEMrush
Experience publishing and managing content in WordPress
Ability to independently manage SEO initiatives and content strategy
Experience tracking and reporting on organic performance metrics
Strong research, editing, and storytelling skills
Experience promoting content through social media channels.
