Digital Sales Officer

What we are looking for

• We are looking for a qualified and competent resource to join our team as
  “Group Life Pricing Executive” based at our Head Office in Karachi.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in health or life insurance pricing or product management.

• Skills Required:

• Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data validation tools

  preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Group Health and Life pricing processes including data validation, claim analysis, contribution computation, and rate finalization.

• Prepare Group Health and Life proposals and ensure timely communication with sales teams and clients.

• Oversee the end-to-end management of Group Health Individual Plan – Family Sehat, ensuring smooth operations, product updates, and performance monitoring.

• Work closely with inter-departments (Sales Teams, Actuarial Department, Claims, Marketing, IT, and Admin) to ensure cohesive product execution and service delivery.
