Front Sales Executive – International Sales (eBooks & Digital Publishing)

Salary: PKR 60,000 – 70,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives

Location: Asia Pacific Trade Center, Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Front Sales Executive to join our growing Digital Publishing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills who enjoy speaking with clients, building relationships, and closing sales.

You will engage with inbound leads, understand client requirements, present our eBook publishing solutions, and guide customers through the onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales inquiries from prospective clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their publishing goals and requirements.
• Present eBook publishing services and pricing packages.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into paying customers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Intermediate, Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or eBook sales.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable working in a night shift environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools is a plus.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
