Job Details:

Position: International Front Sales Executive (eBook Sales)
Location: Bahadurabad, Karachi
Shift Timing: 08:00 PM – 05:00 AM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Location: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Convert qualified leads into successful sales opportunities.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
• Accurately update sales activities and client records in the system.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of proven experience in Front Sales, preferably within the eBook or digital publishing industry.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and sales closing abilities.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet challenging sales targets.
• Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
