Job Description

As a Business Development Executive on our West Indies campaign, you will be trained to connect directly with dealerships, commercial buyers, and individual importers across the Caribbean looking to import quality vehicles directly from Japan. You will learn consultative international sales, inventory pitching, trade logistics, and how to close deals in a fast-paced, high-reward environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn & Apply: Fast-track your knowledge of Japanese vehicle inventory, Caribbean import regulations, and shipping logistics to major regional ports.
• Outreach & Engagement: Proactively reach out to buyers, business networks, and individual clients via outbound calls, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms.
• Deal Closing: Understand client preferences and budget constraints, present matching vehicle inventory, handle objections, and guide deals to completion.
• Target Achievement: Work closely with Team Leads to consistently hit daily contact targets and monthly sales milestones.

Requirements (Who We Are Looking For)

• Education: Intermediate / A-Levels or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English with an energetic, clear, and persuasive speaking voice suitable for Western buyers.
• Shift Readiness: Must be comfortable working the 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM shift schedule to align with West Indies business hours.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient with WhatsApp Business, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, resilient, and eager to earn high performance-based commissions.
