Digital Learning Program Manager (US Citizen, Active Secret Clerance)

NOTE: This is a full-time employment opportunity (No C2C, subcontractor or 1099 engagements, please). The candidate MUST be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active secret clearance. The candidate must be based in the DMV (DC/MD/VA) metro area and be on-site in Arlington VA.

Daily Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient project, communication, and risk/issues management and delivery of all digital learning outputs in accordance with the client contract requirements.
• Oversight and performance management of all contract staff, as well as all deliverables and associated reporting.
• Establish and foster strong and open lines of communication and engagement across government stakeholders and staff in a collaborative operational environment while maintaining clear lines of authority and responsibility.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, as mandated by our government client.
• Must possess and be able to maintain a secret clearance.
• Candidate must be based in the DC/MD/VA metro area and be on-site in Arlington VA.
• Must possess Project Management Professional Certification (PMP) OR PMI Agile Certified Practitioner Certification (PMI-ACP)
• 10+ years’ experience in eLearning projects/programs, or in contract management.
• 5+ years of program management experience on federal government service contracts of large size, value, and complexity.
• Must have demonstrated experience in maintaining strong and positive business relationships and lines of communication across multiple government managers and functional staff members to achieve performance and project outcomes.
• Must have demonstrated experience in utilizing Agile project planning/ coordination/ monitoring practices to help guide staff to achieve results on time.
• Must have demonstrated experience in driving innovation and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated creativity and flexibility in creating estimates, scope, and requirements, as well as throughout the project lifecycle.
• Demonstrated understanding of cutting-edge analytics to provide program analysis and accountability to management.
• Strong interpersonal communication, written communication, and teamwork skills
• BS/BA degree in Business, Management, or Digital Learning/eLearning-related field.
