Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Acquisition Manager to drive customer acquisition across multiple digital channels. This role requires expertise in campaign strategy, optimization, and analytics, with a focus on improving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing paid and organic campaigns, conducting experiments (such as A/B testing), collaborating with product teams, and using data to optimize results and measure ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies for user acquisition, activation, and retention.
  • Plan, design, and launch targeted digital marketing campaigns across channels, including paid social, search ads, content marketing, and SEO.
  • Analyze user behavior and market data to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and product enhancement.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring operational issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Create incentive programs and tactical campaigns to drive acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, IT, operations, and external partners.
  • Ensure campaigns comply with internal governance, risk management, and control frameworks.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • 8–10 years of experience in digital marketing, product launch, or acquisition strategy.
  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and A/B testing tools.
  • Ability to design campaigns tailored to specific market segments and customer needs.
  • Experience building strategic partnerships and coordinating with multiple internal teams.
  • Proven ability to execute go-to-market strategies for product launches.
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
