Role Overview

The Digital Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and growing digital presence. This role will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact digital marketing strategies that elevate the brand, drive traffic, and generate conversions across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and deeply immersed in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant digital channels.
  2. Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business goals.
  3. Oversee and manage social media channels, including content planning, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  4. Drive content marketing and SEO initiatives to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  5. Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, leveraging automation tools for lifecycle marketing.
  6. Monitor and optimize website performance and conversion rates through traffic analysis and funnel optimization.
  7. Track, measure, and report on key KPIs and digital performance metrics to continuously improve ROI.
  8. Stay up to date with digital trends, algorithm changes, and industry innovations to ensure remains ahead of the curve.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of campaign success.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot (or equivalent), and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills tailored to digital formats.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make performance-based decisions.
  • Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, funnel strategy, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
