🔑 What You’ll Do

• Plan, run, and optimize performance ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, ASA, etc.) with clear ROI targets.
• Dive into Google Analytics, Firebase, and other data tools to track, analyze, and improve funnel performance.
• Work closely with content writers, SEO specialists, and designers to align growth campaigns across channels.
• Identify new growth opportunities, experiment with strategies, and scale what works.
• Monitor KPIs, CAC, LTV, retention, and other key metrics to ensure sustainable growth.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in performance marketing and growth strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and attribution.
• Ability to collaborate across SEO, content, and product teams to push growth initiatives forward.
• A growth mindset: someone who experiments, learns fast, and scales successful strategies.
