Overview
The Digital Marketer will play a critical role in driving our brand’s online presence and growth by managing and executing comprehensive marketing initiatives across SEO, email campaigns, social media, and other digital channels. This position requires a strategic and creative professional who can develop data-driven strategies, create engaging content, and optimize campaigns to maximize brand visibility, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
Responsibilities:
·· Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to promote the brand across multiple channels, including SEO, email marketing, and social media.
· Manage all SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO to increase organic visibility and website traffic.
· Create, design, and send targeted email campaigns (e-blasts) and newsletters, managing subscriber lists, A/B testing, and campaign analytics to maximize open and conversion rates.
· Develop and manage social media content and posting schedules across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, You Tube, and TikTok to grow engagement and brand following.
· Promote the brand consistently across all digital channels, ensuring that messaging, tone, and visuals align with brand identity and business goals.
· Leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance all aspects of digital marketing, including content creation, audience targeting, campaign automation, data analysis, and customer personalization, ensuring maximum efficiency and improved campaign performance.
· Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations based on KPIs such as traffic, engagement, and ROI.
· Collaborate with content creators, designers, and internal teams to develop cohesive campaigns and compelling marketing assets.
· Stay current on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to ensure brand positioning remains strong and relevant.
· Manage and maintain marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email platforms, website CMS, and analytics dashboards.
· Continuously test, evaluate, and optimize campaigns to improve performance, increase customer engagement, and drive brand growth.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns and teams.
· Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategy.
· Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), and email marketing software.
· Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
· Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
· Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting and content creation abilities.
· Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
