Job Title: Digital Marketer

Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Setting up and optimizing company pages on social platforms
• Building and executing social media strategies
• Creating and managing daily content (text, images, video)
• Engaging with the community and moderating content
• Creating editorial calendars
• Analyzing metrics and improving based on insights
• Collaborating with other departments for reputation and brand building
• Having experience with B2B social media marketing
• Staying updated on trends and best practices

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in social media marketing, especially in the B2B domain
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta, etc.)
• Experience creating and managing content calendars and posting schedules
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into strategy
• Familiarity with SEO best practices as they relate to content visibility
• Basic understanding of paid social campaigns is a plus
• Up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
