Digital Marketer

Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and focused on driving high-quality leads and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copies, and audience targeting strategies
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI
  • Manage ad budgets and ensure efficient spending across platforms
  • Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and funnels
  • Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports
  • Stay updated with the latest advertising trends and platform policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns based on performance
  • Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
  • Familiarity with tracking tools, pixels, and analytics platforms
  • Strong communication and reporting skills

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Experience in e-commerce and lead-based campaigns
  • Knowledge of funnel strategies and landing page optimization
  • Creative thinking with a performance marketing mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
