Digital marketer & content writer

We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer & Copywriter who understands marketing psychology and knows how to turn traffic into customers.

This is not a social media posting role. We're looking for someone who can write persuasive copy, build campaigns, analyse performance, and continuously improve results.

Responsibilities

• Write high-converting ad copy for Meta and Google Ads.
• Write landing pages, email campaigns, and sales copy.
• Launch, monitor, and optimise advertising campaigns.
• Conduct market and competitor research.
• Develop marketing funnels and customer journeys.
• Analyse campaign performance and improve ROI.
• Work closely with our design team to create high-converting creatives.
• Generate ideas for lead generation and customer acquisition.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimisation.
• Knowledge of email marketing.
• Able to read analytics and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent English communication.
• Self-managed and proactive.

• You struggle to analyse marketing data.
