Digital Marketing / Growth Hacker & Customer Experience Coordinator
$25–$30/hr | Full-Time | Growth Track Opportunity

We’re looking for ONE highly organized, detail-driven professional who wants more than just a job—you want to be part of building something.

This is not just an admin role.

You will sit at the center of our customer experience and digital presence—helping ensure our marketing, communication, and operations all stay aligned and moving forward.

What this role really is:
You are the connective hub between our existing customers and field team, our franchise marketing efforts, social media presence, future customers, call center team, and our expanding network of locations.

Just as important—you are a voice of the company.
A positive, people-first, fun-loving energy must come through clearly on every call and interaction. Customers should feel taken care of the moment you pick up the phone.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Supporting and coordinating digital marketing efforts (reviews, online presence, digital campaign support)
• Managing inbound calls and customer communication with professionalism and warmth
• Keeping jobs and internal communication on track
• Supporting the call center team to ensure a smooth, consistent customer experience

What we’re looking for:

• Positive, upbeat, and genuinely people-oriented personality
• Strong communication skills—especially over the phone
• Highly organized and detail-driven
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-moving environment
• Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
