1. Lead Generation Campaigns

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies using Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and email marketing.
  • Create and optimize landing pages, funnels, and forms to maximize conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and CTAs to improve results.
  • Monitor daily performance and adjust campaigns to ensure consistent lead flow.

2. Performance Marketing

  • Manage full-funnel campaigns: Awareness → Consideration → Conversion.
  • Track key metrics including CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, CPC, and lead quality.
  • Research and target relevant customer segments for better lead acquisition.

3. Marketing Automation & CRM

  • Use tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign.
  • Set up automated email sequences for lead nurturing and drip campaigns.
  • Ensure accurate lead tagging, scoring, and pipeline updates.

4. Content & Creative Coordination

  • Work with design and content teams to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and videos.
  • Create compelling value propositions to attract qualified leads.
  • Develop landing page copy optimized for conversions.

5. Marketing Funnel Management

  • The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage the complete marketing funnel, ensuring a seamless journey from awareness to conversion. The role requires expertise in building, optimizing, and analyzing full-funnel campaigns to drive high-quality leads and maximize conversion rates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs110,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
