Digital Marketer / Media Buyer

• Timings: 5:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Full-Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketer / Media Buyer with strong expertise in social media buying and performance marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive measurable business outcomes, including e-commerce sales and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage full-funnel digital marketing campaigns (Awareness → Conversion).

• Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.

• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPC.

• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to improve targeting strategies.

• Perform A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness and scalability.

• Set up and manage tracking systems, including Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager (GTM).

• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

• Generate e-commerce sales and qualified leads (including travel-related campaigns, if applicable).

• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.

• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirments

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Media Buying / Performance Marketing.

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads (TikTok & Snapchat experience is a plus).

• Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid campaigns.

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

• Experience handling and scaling advertising budgets.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
