Citypeak Marketing is looking for a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Analyst. Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience
- 2+ years of experience in Google Analytics & Google Ads + Meta Ads
- Experience with conversion tracking, paid ads, data reporting, link building, content management systems and website editing (i.e. Squarespace, Wix, WordPress)

1) Conversion Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and report on KPIs for digital marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Set up Client Accounts for Google Analytics 4 (GA4) tracking and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Leverage Google Analytics (GA4), Google Docs & Sheets, and Looker Studio to create reports and dashboards.
- Create & present (occasionally) monthly paid advertising performance reports including high-level overviews and recommendations.
2) Paid Advertising Management:
- Expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Experience with LinkedIn ads.
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and optimized for maximum performance.
- Successfully run paid advertising campaigns through: A/B testing, budget spend efficiency, campaign type, ad groups, keywords management, negative keywords, content writing, keywords, targeting, sitelinks, assets, and more.
- Plan and oversee budgets for dedicated digital marketing projects and activities, ensuring cost-effective execution.
- Recommend data-driven insights to improve conversion rates and overall marketing performance.
- Actively monitor and routine optimization of active campaigns
3) Website Editing:
- Manage the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid media, paid social media, website editing, and SEO.
- Update content in collaboration with the Marketing team and improve technical function through Site Audits.
- Build and implement lead forms.
- Brief knowledge of coding (inserting tracking code).
4) Link Building:
- Assist with link building activities including: identifying niche articles, adding relevant text, creating articles, and keyword research.
- Identify new domain opportunities and negotiate with website owners on pricing.
5) Client Meetings:
- Join client meetings as needed to report on ads performance and review recommendations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret ad performance data, optimize campaigns, and report insights to stakeholders.
Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
- Proven track record of leading and managing digital marketing initiatives, including website and platform development, as well as campaigns supporting new product launches and ongoing marketing efforts.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing competencies such as data analytics management, SEM/SEO, with a proven ability to run campaigns that deliver measurable and impactful results.
- Strong analytical skills: adept at analyzing and interpreting digital campaign results to generate insights and develop effective digital marketing strategies and tactics.
- Knowledge and experience with content management systems, PPC advertising tools, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads Campaign Manager).
- Excellent written communication, presentation, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Strong project management skills: capable of managing multiple projects both independently and as part of cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated and diligent in completing deliverables.
- Ability to create innovative, compelling, and effective campaigns within the constraints of a regulated industry.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
