Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Overview

We are seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Analyst to evaluate and optimize our online marketing performance. This role focuses on analyzing campaign data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to improve customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze performance of digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display ads)
  • Track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversions, CTR, and ROI
  • Use analytics tools to monitor user behavior and campaign effectiveness
  • Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights to stakeholders
  • Conduct A/B testing and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in marketing strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align data insights with business goals
  • Manage and optimize tracking systems (e.g., pixels, tags, UTM parameters)
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across platforms
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing analysis or a similar role
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio)
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and paid media strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Familiarity with web tracking technologies (Google Tag Manager, cookies, pixels)

Pay: QAR20,500.00 per month
