Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator

We are hiring a highly creative Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Coordinator who is excited about helping us tell a story through our brand, visual assets, and multiple communication mediums. This role is ideal for someone who sees design as a form of storytelling and approaches their work with curiosity, imagination, and a willingness to push creative boundaries. We want someone who is proactive, who thinks ahead, and who brings fresh ideas to the table. The ideal candidate is a designer first, with the drive to transform concepts into compelling visuals across campaigns, platforms, and formats. The hired candidate may work in either our Lexington or Louisville office.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Create high-quality visual content for digital and print channels including social media graphics, brochures, proposals, advertisements, event materials, and branded templates.
  • Design visually compelling presentations, infographics, and internal communications.
  • Work within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative concepts and improving brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and execute visual assets for campaigns, including occasional video editing or animation.
  • Manage and organize design files, asset libraries, and brand resources.

Digital Marketing

  • Assist with planning and executing digital marketing efforts across social media, email campaigns, and website content.
  • Draft and schedule social media posts with strong visual storytelling alignment.
  • Help maintain the firm’s website by updating images, bios, practice pages, and news items.
  • Track metrics for social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct light research on trends in digital design, legal marketing, and competitor positioning.

Content & Administrative Support

  • Help draft and edit marketing content such as announcements, campaign copy, and event promotions.
  • Coordinate with attorneys and internal staff to gather information for marketing initiatives.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Demonstrated strong design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts including social media, email marketing, and basic content strategy.
  • Ability to transform complex information into simple, compelling visuals.
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple design projects at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a desire to learn, collaborate, and grow within the role.
  • Familiarity with Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, or other digital tools is a plus.
