The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO, content marketing, website development, paid advertising, social media, and conversion optimization. You will be responsible for crafting data-driven strategies that not only build brand awareness but also generate leads and scale our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Optimize websites for search engines and user experience to boost lead generation.
- Create engaging content for blogs, case studies, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques to improve lead-to-client ratios.
- Analyze data using Google Analytics and other tools to inform marketing decisions.
- Manage email campaigns, marketing automation, and CRM tools to nurture leads.
- Collaborate with sales team to refine messaging and customer journeys.
- Lead branding efforts to differentiate CapStonePlanet in competitive markets.
- Track ROI on all campaigns and recommend adjustments to maximize efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, analytics, and tools.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have:
- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO.
- Expertise in SEO, Google Ads, paid social ads, and analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting and content strategy skills.
- Experience with website platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Graphic design or video marketing experience.
- Familiarity with local SEO for regions like New York, Florida, and Canada.
