Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
- Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content and campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Oversee day-to-day social media management, including content calendars, posting schedules, community engagement, and brand voice consistency.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Manage content creation for social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages to support marketing objectives and audience engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media and digital campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Use Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and Google AdWords to track performance and refine campaigns.
- Utilize Canva as an avenue for digital creations.
- Implement conversion optimization strategies on websites built with content management systems to improve lead generation.
- Leverage marketing automation tools to nurture leads through personalized email and social remarketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance data using analytics tools or SQL to identify trends, measure success metrics, and inform future marketing initiatives.
- Support e-commerce and brand growth initiatives by integrating performance marketing and social commerce strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media marketing, with hands-on experience managing brand accounts and paid social campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
- Proficiency with content management systems such as WordPress, and familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for basic website optimization.
- Skilled in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design using Canva, etc.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, and social media scheduling/management tools.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization and audience targeting strategies to improve campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital and social performance data to guide decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative, trend-aware mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
