Digital Marketing Assistant

We’re seeking a creative and detail-driven Marketing Assistant to support our fashion brand’s digital and performance marketing efforts. You will play a vital role in amplifying brand visibility and driving conversions through strategic social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Handle daily operations of social media platforms, content planning, scheduling, posting, and community engagement
  • Support creative storytelling aligned with brand identity and campaign themes
  • Track and analyze engagement metrics, adjust tactics for better performance Growth

Email Marketing

  • Collaborate on ideation, execution, and optimization of email campaigns (e.g., product releases, newsletters, promotions).
  • Use platforms to manage lists, segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign monitoring.

Performance Ad Marketing

  • Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor key metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, and provide actionable optimization insights.

Campaign Strategy & Analysis

  • Contribute to campaign planning—from ideation through execution to performance review. Keep campaign calendars organized and aligned.
  • Gather and interpret performance data (social, email, ads), prepare reports, and recommend improvements.

Cross-Functional Support & Brand Alignment

  • Work alongside the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Coordinate with influencers, photographers, and internal teams to deliver timely assets and campaigns.
  • Administrative Coordination
  • Maintain marketing materials, campaign schedules, media lists, and asset libraries
  • Support smaller-scale activations—possibly events, product launches, or store campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 3+ years in fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce marketing roles, with practical knowledge of digital marketing and performance advertising.
  • Digital & Technical
  • Proficient in managing social platforms, designing content and using scheduling tools such as Sprout Social
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms
  • Familiarity with performance advertising and tracking ad metrics
  • Comfortable with creative tools—Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar
  • Analytical: Ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and provide optimization strategies
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills in English
  • Organization & Detail: Excellent multitasking and project coordination skills, with great attention to consistency and timeline management
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
