Roles & Responsibilities (3–5 Years Experience)Role Overview:
Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new digital trends and customer insights.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content marketing, etc.).
SEO & SEM
- Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and improve technical SEO aspects.
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, and other search platforms to maximize ROI.
Performance Monitoring & Analytics
- Track and analyze digital marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and HubSpot.
- Generate performance reports and provide insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- A/B test landing pages, ad creatives, and email campaigns to optimize performance.
Social Media Management
- Create and manage content calendars across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Develop engaging content and run paid ad campaigns to grow brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social channels, respond to customer inquiries, and manage online reputation.
Content Marketing
- Coordinate with content writers and designers to produce high-quality blog posts, videos, infographics, and email newsletters.
- Ensure content aligns with SEO strategy and brand messaging.
- Manage content distribution across owned, earned, and paid channels.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Design and implement email marketing strategies for lead nurturing and customer retention.
- Segment lists and create personalized workflows using platforms like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or HubSpot.
- Analyze open rates, CTR, and conversion metrics for optimization.
E-commerce/Digital Sales Support
- Support e-commerce campaigns with digital promotions and product-specific landing pages.
- Coordinate with sales/product teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior marketing team members or interns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to ensure campaign alignment.
- Manage external vendors or digital agencies for campaign execution.
