Digital Marketing Assistant

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google, and other online channels
• Manage and regularly update company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, product ads, etc.) aligned with brand identity
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics reports (reach, engagement, conversions)
• Manage paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and optimize ROI
• Coordinate with sales and design teams for promotional campaigns
• Handle online customer inquiries and feedback in a timely, professional manner
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitors’ online strategies
