About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant with strong digital marketing experience to support day-to-day operations, campaign execution, and cross-team coordination. This role blends administrative support with hands-on marketing responsibilities, ensuring smooth workflows while contributing to growth initiatives across email, social, and paid channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing calendars, meetings, and project deadlines across departments
- Support digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid ads) with scheduling, monitoring, and reporting
- Maintain project management dashboards (ClickUp or equivalent) for visibility and accountability
- Help prepare marketing briefs, presentations, and performance reports
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to inform campaigns
- Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure timely delivery of assets
- Track action items and follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion
- Document workflows, SOPs, and automation processes for efficiency
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in an assistant or operations role with exposure to digital marketing
- Familiarity with marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic understanding of SEO, paid ads, or content marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Notion)
- Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Exposure to eCommerce or B2B marketing environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings
