Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Diabetes Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping and executing our diabetes portfolio strategy, contributing to our mission of improving patient outcomes and driving sustainable business growth while maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction of the diabetes portfolio and develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
• Drive execution of integrated marketing initiatives, including omnichannel campaigns, brand activation, and disease-awareness programs.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (medical, sales, regulatory, market access) to ensure seamless implementation of strategies.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), diabetes educators, and relevant healthcare stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and maximize portfolio performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, or related field; MBA is a must.
• +12 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience, with +6 years specifically in diabetes, endocrinology, or related therapeutic areas.
• Proven leadership experience managing marketing teams or brand leads
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and experience managing full product portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in launching brands, driving market share growth, and leading integrated marketing campaigns.
