Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing strategies for our IT hardware business. The role involves driving online visibility, generating B2B/B2C leads, managing campaigns, and optimizing digital channels to increase revenue and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads).
  • Manage product promotions for IT hardware products (servers, networking equipment, laptops, etc.).
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI.

2. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

  • Generate B2B and B2C leads through digital channels.
  • Manage PPC campaigns and retargeting strategies.
  • Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels.
  • Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality.

3. SEO & Content Marketing

  • Lead on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Manage product listings, blogs, technical content, and case studies.
  • Conduct keyword research related to IT hardware products.
  • Improve website ranking and organic traffic.

4. Social Media & Branding

  • Manage LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube channels.
  • Build brand presence in IT hardware and enterprise solutions space.
  • Create and manage content calendars.

5. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Track KPIs: CTR, CPC, CPL, ROI, conversion rate.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware products.
  • Expertise in Google Ads.
  • SEO & SEM knowledge.
  • Email marketing tools
  • Marketing automation knowledge.
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of digital marketing experience (IT hardware preferred).
  • Google Ads

Experience Preference:

  • Experience in B2C lead generation for enterprise hardware.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
