Digital Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities (REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE)

• Graphic Design & Content Creation
• -Design marketing materials including social media posts, infographics, brochures, and property flyers.
• -Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look across platforms.
• -Edit and enhance property photos when needed.

Video Editing & Production

• -Create and edit property walkthrough videos, agent introduction videos, and promotional content.
• -Add transitions, captions, effects, and motion graphics to improve engagement.
• -Optimize videos for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and property portals.

Social Media Management

• -Plan, create, and schedule daily content across all social media channels.
• -Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow online presence.
• -Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Content Writing

• -Write captions, blog posts, email newsletters, and marketing copy.
• -Assist in developing content calendars and campaign messaging.
• -Ensure all written content aligns with SEO best practices.

Real Estate Marketing Support

• Upload and manage property listings on portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
• -Coordinate with agents to gather property details, photos, and videos.
• -Support marketing campaigns for new launches, open houses, and promotions.

Market Research & Analytics

• -Research competitors, market trends, and audience behavior.
• -Provide insights to improve campaign performance and lead generation.
• -Assist in tracking ROI of marketing activities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
• Real estate industry experience (UAE preferred) is a strong advantage.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar editing tools.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Salary Range

From 7,000 – 10,000 AED (based on experience and skill level)
