Qualifications :


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering. (preferably in Engineering)

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, media buying operations

• Experience in finance, telecom, or other large-scale corporate sectors.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, DV360, TikTok, Adjust, Analytics, Tag Manager, and QlikSense.

• Proficient in SEO and web analytics tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush).

• Strong analytical mindset with expertise in ROI, CPA, LTV, and acquisition metrics.

• Experience with MMM, attribution modeling, and data-driven optimization.

• Ability to connect analytical insights with creative strategy and performance.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in English


Job Description :


• Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with the bank’s growth goals, managing media buying, performance marketing, and customer acquisition.

• Plan and optimize investments across programmatic, social, video, and aggregator platforms; monitor key KPIs (CPL, ROI, active customer acquisition, etc.)

• Work closely with media agencies and tech partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimization.

• Analyze performance via tools like Adjust, DV360, QlikSense, and Tag Manager, generating data-driven insights and reports for senior management.

• Manage audience segmentation and conversion tracking through DMP,CRM and CDP platforms.

• Leverage MMM, multi-touch attribution, and A/B testing results to maximize efficiency and ROI.

• Collaborate with content and UX teams to translate insights into creative improvements and stronger conversion messaging.

• Oversee SEO, analytics, and UX performance of digital assets; plan initiatives to boost organic visibility and engagement.

• Manage digital budgets effectively, linking campaign results to acquisition and conversion goals.

• Ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with brand, product, and campaign objectives across teams.
