- Support in managing all paid media platforms alongside the media agency team in order to launch, analyse & report on campaign performance. (Meta, Google Ads, Snapchat, TikTok & more)
- Drive efficient results & growth through branding and conversion campaigns that deliver measurable ROI & KPIs across multiple channels.
- Monitor performance by channel (Influencers, Paid Search/Social, Organic, CRM, Affiliates, & Other)
- Create and report on campaigns/platform performance (attribution, measurement, analytics) and relevant KPIs aligned from the business.
- Support in managing, executing and expanding the performance influencer network and affiliates to deliver the marketing/business objectives across all campaigns.
- Using insights, and previous experience to aid in identifying key influencers/content partners to work with and assist in building key relationships between the brand and the influencer's audience.
- Work with marketing agencies and 3rd parties and harness the power of these relationships to facilitate traffic and conversion growth.
- Support in managing the e-marketing budget and optimize it daily to meet business targets.
- Adapt and optimize creatives and conversion points.
- Analyse and report on results using Google Analytics, Adjust and other internal platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, content, and marketing teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Actively participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in performance marketing.
- Brief creatives & content to design team/agencies and ensure activations go live in a timely manner
- Keep a record of all payments to partners and use internal processes to ensure timely payments to the suppliers
